PACKAGING

All retail purchases will arrive in special packaging, suitable for gift giving.

PAYMENT

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards (Master Card, Visa, AmEx and Discover).

If you wish to pay with a check or money order please place your order by calling or emailing. Orders will be held until all funds are cleared.

SALES TAX

A 6% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to addresses within the state of Virginia.

CARE & CLEANING

Your jewelry will not need much care and attention, but all sterling silver will oxidize over time.  When this does occur, scrub gently using a soft bristle toothbrush and a liquid mixture of baking soda and water.    * Do not use on opals, pearls, jade, or other soft stones.

Note: Micro Mosaics should only be cleaned using a soft polishing cloth; no water, cleansers, or harsh chemicals.

It is also helpful to store your items in a sealable plastic bags as this prevents tarnishing.

SHIPPING

Getting your order to you as quickly as possible is our main objective, but keep in mind that all our items are handmade in our studio.  Please advise us of specific “due by” dates, and we will be in touch and do all we can to accommodate your request.

Your purchase will ship as soon as payment has cleared.   In stock items ship within 1-2 business days.   If an item is out of stock we will let you know how soon it will be available – it may take an extra week or two.

DAMAGE

If your jewelry is received damage during shipping, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours) upon receipt.  Retain all packaging materials in case a claim must be filed with the carrier.  Do not attempt to repair your jewelry yourself, as this will void our warranty.

REPAIR

Should your jewelry need repair, contact us to discuss and we will go over the procedure for sending it in.  Return shipping will be charged for any repairs or maintenance.  Depending on the issue an additional fee may apply.
We ONLY do repairs on BodilJewelry.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Unworn items may be returned within 14 days from the original purchase date for an exchange only.

Refunds are not offered.
